Oscares 2015: E os nomeados são...

Como já vos habituei a esta papa, não vos podia falhar este ano. 

Desde o início deste blogue, o tema Oscares foi sempre um dos mais quentes do ano, muito por culpa da minha paixão pela 7ª arte. 

Este ano não é excepção!

Em 2015, a academia reflecte nas suas nomeações a crise por que tem passado Hollywood nos últimos anos. O que vai safando o negócio vão sendo as adaptações de clássicos ou best sellers da literatura, a banda desenhada e as presas fáceis que têm sido os remakes. Assim, 2015, para mim, afigura-se como um dos anos mais fraquinhos de sempre na história dos Oscares da academia. No entanto, cabe-me esmiuçar as nomeações que foram divulgadas na passada madrugada.

A 87ª edição realiza-se a 22 de Fevereiro e a lista de nomeados mantém a linha de imprevisibilidade de anos anteriores. Ou seja, estão cá todos os que se adivinhavam.

Os grandes vencedores, ao nível das nomeações, são “Boyhood”, o filme independente que arrecada cinco nomeações nas categorias mais importantes, excepto melhor actor, “Birdman”, com o mesmo número de nomeações e que granjeia Michael Keaton com uma nomeação para “Melhor Actor”, e ainda, igualando o mesmo número de distinções relevantes, “The Imitation Game” com Benedict Cumberbatch. “The Theory of Everything” (o filme que parece feito para ganhar Oscares) obteve quatro nomeações, incluindo “Melhor Filme”, “Melhor Actor” e “Melhor Actriz”. No geral, foram “The Grande Budapest Hotel” e “Birdman” que conseguiram mais nomeações, nove e oito, respectivamente.

"Shame on you" pela sua ausência em diversas categorias está “Gone Girl”. O filme realizado por David Fincher resultou apenas na nomeação de Rosamund Pike para melhor actriz.

As regras do jogo são as habituais por aqui: em negrito estará o meu favorito (nas principais categorias) a arrecadar a estatueta. Depois volto ao tema quando o veredicto se souber, para o confrontar com as minhas apostas.
